In fulfillment of its mission, Divine Light Academy aims to achieve the following goals:
Holistic Development
The development of fully integrated individuals in all aspects of your lives - mental, physical, social, psychological, emotional, cultural/aesthetic, civic, moral, and spiritual.
Filipino Pride
The inculcation of love of country and strong sense of nationalism, and the pride in the Filipino culture and tradition.
Culture of Excellence
The establishment of a culture of excellence to equip you for higher education and become globally competitive.
Life Skills
The development of life skills that will enable you to become economically self-sufficient and socially responsible especially to the poor and needy.
Peace & Justice
The promotion of peace, truth and justice, respect for human rights and the development of personal discipline.
Environmental Responsibility
The inculcation of environmental consciousness and responsibility.
Christian Community
The building up of a Christian community who accepts God as the Creator, Jesus as model and Redeemer and accepts one's dignity as a child of God and upholds the dignity of the human person.
Our Objectives
In pursuance of these goals, the following objectives have been formulated:
- To acquire basic life skills and proficiency in the different disciplines of learning in preparation for life and higher education
- To patronize Filipino goods and products, preserve and enrich Filipino cultures and values
- To participate actively in the preservation of democracy and respect for the Philippine Constitution
- To become aware of the conditions of society and grow in the sense of service and compassion for the less privileged
- To uphold the dignity of the human person and respect for the rights of others
- To become responsible stewards of the environment and natural resources
- To accept one's dignity as a child of God and Jesus as the model and Redeemer
- To work cooperatively and collaboratively with others as responsible leaders or intelligent followers
